Illegal drug policy in Britain will be the subject of a parliamentary inquiry today for the first time in a decade.
The first witness will be Sir Richard Branson, a champion of decriminalisation and a commissioner for international organisation the Global Commission on Drug Policy. But what happens if we do legalise drugs? And how would that work?
